Dr Kalle is a next-generation dental practice in Tallinn that focuses not only on teeth but on overall body wellness. The practice’s goal is to provide patients with personalized, science-based, and long-lasting care by identifying and treating the root causes of bite and dental issues.

Challenge

The practice had a strong vision and a distinctive approach, but this wasn’t coming through in their self-managed communication. Potential patients were seeing the ads but not converting into patients. It was clear that the messaging wasn’t resonating with the target audience. We needed to identify the right emotional tone, core problem, and communication style that would connect with potential customers.
